flattened rice is a safe food for dogs but not an adequate meal to be replace. Many of the dog foods contains rice in it to fill their high protein diet.
FLATTENED RICE IS MADE OF?
flattened rice is made by partly cooking rice and then drying it out in the sun for hours until it becomes harder. Then they are pounded and convert them into flattered rice.
HOW TO MAKE POHA?
Ingredients to make poha:
- thick poha
- oil
- cumin seeds
- mustard seeds
- green chilly
- curry leaves
- peanuts
- potato
- onion
- sugar
- salt
- turmeric
- coriander leave
- lemon juice
STEP 1: wash poha with gentle hand take care that poha will not break apart, discard the water.
STEP 2: add 2-3tsp oil in a pan, 1/2tsp cumin seed, 1/2 mustard oil, 2 green chillies, 10-12 curry leaves, 2 tsp peanuts, stir all of these in low flame for 1-2minutes.
STEP 3: after a min, add potato and stir them while stirring cook potato 50%.
STEP 4: along with it , 1 onion and 1 tsp sugar cook it until onion become brown.
STEP 5: add salt and halt as per taste.
STEP 6: add poha in pan and stir it until they became yellow, cook for 1-2 minute then add coriander for garnishing off the gas and splash few drops of water cover it for 1-2 min.
Now the flattened rice is ready we can have it as breakfast, lunch , evening snack or as dinner.
