DELICIOUS VEG PULAV RECIPES TO SPICE UP YOUR MEALTIME

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

  1. 2 glass of water
  2. Oil & butter
  3. Black cardamom
  4. Peppercone
  5. Cumin
  6. Green chilli
  7. Cinnamon stick
  8. Cloves
  9. Green cardamom
  10. Star anise
  11. Bay leaves
  12. Cashews
  13. Sliced onions
  14. Ginger – garlic paste
  15. Tomato
  16. Vegetables of your choices
  17. Curd
  18. ¼ tsp turmeric
  19. 1 tsp corriender powder, leaves
  20. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  21. 1 tsp salt
  22. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  23. 4 glass water

To make veg pulav :

  1. Add oil and butter in a vessel.
  2. Now add black cardamom , peppercone, cumin, green chilli, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, star anise, bay leaves, cashews, slice onion stir them.
  3. Onion needs to cook until slight brown on low heat
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato stir them.
  5. Add vegetables of your choice and cover the vessel and let it cook for 3-4 min on low heat.
  6. In a bowl take 2 tsp curd and add turmeric, corriender powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, mix them and make paste.
  7. Add mixed masala paste in vegetables and mix them.
  8. Add soaked rice and fine chopped corriender leaves.
  9. Mix gently and add 4 glass of water and cover the vessel , wait for 2 wristles.
