INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- 2 glass of water
- Oil & butter
- Black cardamom
- Peppercone
- Cumin
- Green chilli
- Cinnamon stick
- Cloves
- Green cardamom
- Star anise
- Bay leaves
- Cashews
- Sliced onions
- Ginger – garlic paste
- Tomato
- Vegetables of your choices
- Curd
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp corriender powder, leaves
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 4 glass water
To make veg pulav :
- Add oil and butter in a vessel.
- Now add black cardamom , peppercone, cumin, green chilli, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, star anise, bay leaves, cashews, slice onion stir them.
- Onion needs to cook until slight brown on low heat
- Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato stir them.
- Add vegetables of your choice and cover the vessel and let it cook for 3-4 min on low heat.
- In a bowl take 2 tsp curd and add turmeric, corriender powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, mix them and make paste.
- Add mixed masala paste in vegetables and mix them.
- Add soaked rice and fine chopped corriender leaves.
- Mix gently and add 4 glass of water and cover the vessel , wait for 2 wristles.
